Moreover, people above 45 years of age suffering from comorbidities can also enrol for the vaccine on the CoWin app.

Registration for COVID-19 vaccine can be done through the Co-WIN app and website. Users can download and install the CoWin app on their Android and iOS devices through the Google Play Store and the App Store. To start with the registration process, users are required to enter their mobile number after opening the app and enter the OTP for verification. Further, a registration page will appear where the user is required to fill in his/her name, age, gender, and other required details. After uploading the requisite documents, users can tap on the ‘Register’ option. Now, a list of health centres will appear on the screen, out of which the nearest centre can be selected by the user for an available date, and finally tap on the option ‘Book appointment’.
